Spotlight Communication and Marketing LTD is seeking a passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Addis Ababa. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on real client projects, develop design skills, and grow within a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design team in creating visual content for digital, print, social media, and branding projects.
• Assist in developing concepts and layouts under the guidance of senior designers and art directors.
• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming and team discussions.
• Prepare design assets and handle production tasks such as resizing, formatting, and exporting files.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and best practices.
• Incorporate feedback and revise work based on creative direction.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant design experience (internships or freelance work accepted).
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, basic layout, typography, and design principles.
• Collaborative spirit with a willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
• Strong communication and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
