Lead Product Designer - Mobile UI/UX

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer specialized in Mobile UI/UX to elevate our mobile application. The role focuses on transforming existing wireframes and early Figma drafts into polished, user‑friendly screens that align with modern iOS design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and redesign existing Figma app screens into professional mobile designs.
• Make strong UX decisions for complex settings, approval flows, onboarding, dashboards and app‑store screens.
• Create clean, intuitive layouts that simplify user interactions.
• Build and enhance reusable Figma components and design‑system patterns.
• Collaborate with product leadership to translate requirements into excellent designs.
• Prepare developer‑ready assets with spacing, states, edge cases and interaction notes.
• Work with developers to ensure the final product matches design quality.
• Contribute to visual identity and potentially support branding, ads, landing pages and social media assets.

Required profile

• Highly talented and design‑driven with a product mindset.
• Proven experience designing mobile apps that were built, launched and used by real customers.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
• Clear communication in English.
• Ambitious and eager to help build a high‑quality international product.
