Mandinka Interpreter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Mandinka interpreters to provide remote, real-time language support for healthcare and medical calls. The position is fully remote with flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and you will start immediately after onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and adhere to the Interpreter’s code of conduct.
• Use and maintain industry-specific medical vocabulary during conversations.
• Participate in internal professional training sessions.
• Communicate progress and issues to your team leader.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English (minimum 90%) and Mandinka.
• At least 1 year of interpreting experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Strong listening, note-taking and memory retention abilities.

Required skills

• Steady wired internet connection.
• USB wired headset.
• Computer running Windows 10 or macOS.
