About the role

Tsedey Bank S.C., a leading micro‑finance institution in Ethiopia, is expanding its team. We are recruiting for ten different positions across several cities, ranging from engineering and maintenance to administration, human resources and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out duties specific to each role, such as valuation of collateral, office administration, lift and escalator maintenance, general facility upkeep, HR administration, training, recruitment, GPS tracking, and compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with department heads and the Board of Directors to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders in line with bank policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in the field indicated for each position.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of relevant professional experience as specified per role.
• For senior or officer‑level positions, prior experience in a comparable position is required.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge pertinent to the specific discipline (e.g., construction engineering, mechanical/electromechanical systems, general maintenance, HR management, logistics, compliance).
