Sales Consultant – Real Estate Marketing

About the role

Dynamic Real Estate Marketing PLC is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its Addis Ababa office. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, presenting tailored real‑estate marketing solutions, and guiding them through the entire sales cycle from first contact to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients in the real‑estate sector.
• Conduct consultative meetings to understand client needs and propose appropriate marketing services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor activities, and company offerings.
• Participate in sales planning meetings and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting abilities, including needs assessment, solution presentation, and closing techniques.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proven commitment to high satisfaction levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships, solve problems, and think strategically.
• Experience in real‑estate, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Addis Ababa and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with CRM tools for managing client pipelines.
