Sales & Marketing Executive – Remote (Commission Only)

About the role

Emmanuel & Co. is looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join its fully remote team. You will generate new business opportunities, build relationships with fashion and beauty brands, and support marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert prospective fashion and beauty clients into long‑term partners.
• Present Emmanuel & Co.’s integrated services and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand visibility.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong background working with fashion and beauty brands.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
