Marketing & Sales Officer – Solar Energy

About the role

Inter Ethiopia Solutions PLC, a renewable‑energy company focused on solar solutions, is looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Officer. You will promote solar products, expand the customer base, and support revenue growth through effective marketing and sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for solar products and services.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to spot potential customers and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage client relationships and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of the Ethiopian market.
