SAP Interface Analyst – Addis Ababa

About the role

The SAP Interface Analyst will ensure that all inbound and outbound SAP interfaces operate reliably for Dashen Bank in Addis Ababa. You will monitor data flows, detect issues early, and resolve failures to keep business processes uninterrupted.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain SAP interfaces, ensuring timely detection and resolution of failures.
• Manage data exchange through APIs and file‑based interfaces, guaranteeing data consistency across systems.
• Proactively identify and address interface issues to minimise business disruption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support seamless integration projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in SAP interface or integration roles.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and customer‑centric service.
