Senior Video Editor & Post-Production Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor & Post‑Production Lead to join our Addis Ababa office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive the post‑production process, ensuring every visual piece meets our high standards of quality and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end post‑production workflows for multiple client projects.
• Supervise video editing teams and coordinate editing schedules.
• Perform advanced color grading and create motion‑graphics assets.
• Maintain visual‑asset quality and ensure final deliverables align with project goals.
• Lead and mentor post‑production staff while handling several projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Strong background in video production and editing.
• Expertise in color grading and motion‑graphics creation.
• Creative problem‑solving ability with keen attention to detail.
• Proven leadership skills for managing post‑production teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts or related field preferred.
• Experience managing post‑production pipelines is a plus.
