About the role

We are a fast‑growing healthy beverage brand looking for a creative, trend‑driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead our TikTok and Instagram presence. You will shape the visual storytelling of our fresh sugarcane juice and natural product line, turning ideas into viral short‑form videos that resonate with the Ethiopian audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram.
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging Reels and short‑form videos.
• Manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance, and grow follower bases.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Ethiopian TikTok trends, viral formats, and platform best practices.
• Coordinate content calendars and ensure brand consistency across all posts.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating TikTok and Instagram content.
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian digital culture and viral trends.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative thinking.
• Ability to work independently, plan content, and meet deadlines.
