Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

About the role

TalentPop App is expanding its remote marketing team and seeks a motivated Affiliate Marketing Coordinator. You will support affiliate partnerships, campaign coordination, and digital growth initiatives within the e‑commerce space, working in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize affiliate marketing programs and campaigns.
• Research and identify potential affiliate partners aligned with brand goals.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication and organized tracking of affiliate relationships.
• Coordinate promotional efforts, special initiatives, and campaign timelines.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics and campaign results.
• Prepare performance summaries for internal marketing and operations teams.
• Assist with payout coordination and ensure accuracy in tracking systems.
• Monitor affiliate marketing trends and competitor strategies to drive improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online marketing experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Highly detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required skills

• Google Workspace

• Experience with affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, Impact, or CJ Affiliate (preferred)
