Tender Account Manager – Entry Level

About the role

BeOnline IT Solutions PLC is looking for a detail‑oriented Tender Account Manager to join its team in Addis Ababa. This entry‑level position bridges technical knowledge and business development by preparing and submitting competitive IT tenders. The role offers a solid foundation for recent graduates eager to start a career in IT procurement and bid management.

Key responsibilities

• Search public and private sector procurement notices, tenders and RFPs relevant to IT projects.
• Compile, organize and prepare technical, non‑technical and financial documents for tender submissions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into clear proposal content.
• Track tender status, manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of bids.
• Maintain records of competitor bids, market pricing trends and past tender outcomes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners and internal departments to gather specifications, quotations and legal documents.

Required profile

• BSc/BA degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, MIS or a related field.
• 0‑1 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of basic IT concepts, software development lifecycles and hardware specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
