TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and organized TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant to support influencer campaigns and social media initiatives. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a fast‑growing team, helping brands shine on TikTok while gaining hands‑on experience in influencer outreach and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Maintain the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators and internal teams.
• Research, shortlist, and outreach potential influencers via DMs or email.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers.
• Report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optional: Respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, content, and influencer pipelines.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
