Account Manager – ICT Solutions

About the role

LeuNet ICT Solutions is looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused Account Manager to drive growth of its ICT portfolio. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our technical teams, ensuring tailored solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand assigned customer accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships through regular engagement and strategic account planning.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling and new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Collaborate with presales, technical and delivery teams to design customized ICT solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, coordinate vendor communications and support tender/RFP/RFQ processes.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, forecast opportunities and report on performance.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support and timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in account management or business development within the ICT sector.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication, client engagement and follow‑up abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of identifying, developing and closing business opportunities.
