Sales Executive

About the role

Axion Motors is seeking a Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales across multiple channels, including SACCO‑financed buyers, banks, MFIs, corporate fleets, and retail customers. The role is performance‑driven with individual targets tied to each shipment cycle, offering a blend of relationship building and structured financing expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities across SACCOs, banks, MFIs, corporate clients, and retail customers.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline aligned with shipment cycles and achieve monthly vehicle unit targets.
• Present Axion’s EV product range, tailoring pitches to financing structures and customer needs.
• Guide customers through financing applications with partners, supporting documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate with Finance & Procurement to confirm buyer allocations before each import shipment.
• Represent Axion at customer visits, partner meetings, trade events, and collect market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Economics or related field (Diploma with strong experience considered).
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, vehicle financing, or consumer durables, with a proven track record of meeting targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Proficiency in MS Word
• Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools
