AI Adoption Lead

About the role

We are looking for an AI Adoption Lead to act as the primary AI champion within our IT organization. In this role you will accelerate the practical use of generative AI tools, help teams embed AI into daily workflows, and ensure measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate AI across the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation and productivity.
• Partner with IT and business units to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high‑impact AI use cases.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to design, deliver, and continuously refresh training, workshops, and onboarding resources.
• Support end‑to‑end planning and rollout of AI initiatives, moving projects from concept to measurable deployment.
• Provide hands‑on guidance on prompt engineering, workflow automation, and best practices using enterprise AI platforms.
• Collect user feedback, monitor utilization metrics, and refine enablement strategies to maximize ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving technology adoption and change management in an enterprise setting.
• Strong program and project management capabilities, turning ideas into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and their business applications.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with enterprise generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, or Coworker.
• Prompt engineering and low‑code automation expertise.
• Building custom prompts, bots, or workflows on AI platforms.
