Associate, Customer Strategy & Impact (MEA)

About the role

The Associate, Customer Strategy & Impact will support the design and delivery of customer‑centric strategies that improve acquisition, engagement, retention and financial outcomes for underserved and MSME segments across the Middle East and Africa. Working within Accion Advisory, the role contributes to project execution, business development and internal innovation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer research and translate insights, behavioral data and market dynamics into scalable growth strategies and enhanced customer experiences.
• Design and improve meaningful customer journeys to drive acquisition and retention.
• Support concept note and proposal development to expand Accion Advisory’s revenue and partner network in the MEA region.
• Assist in deepening technical expertise and thought leadership within the Advisory team.
• Collaborate closely with product leads, data analytics leads and senior associates to strengthen partner capabilities through data‑driven engagement and digital solutions.
