Junior Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

GraceERP Consultancy PLC is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Officer to support the planning and execution of its digital marketing activities. Based in Addis Ababa, the role offers hands‑on experience promoting Odoo ERP services and collaborating with sales and consulting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling social‑media content across platforms.
• Monitor online engagement and respond to audience interactions.
• Help coordinate digital campaigns that showcase ERP solutions.
• Conduct basic market research and gather competitor and customer insights.
• Support the development of promotional materials and sales collaterals.
• Track campaign performance, prepare regular performance reports, and ensure consistent messaging across teams.

Required profile

• Early‑career marketer eager to learn about technology and B2B services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or relevant internships/projects).
• Interest in ERP systems, especially Odoo, and willingness to develop expertise.

Required skills

• Marketing and sales support for campaign execution and lead generation.
• Social media marketing – managing platforms, creating content, and audience engagement.
• Market research – collecting and analysing data on customers, competitors and industry trends.
