About the role

We are looking for an experienced manual TIG welder to lead and coordinate our production processes. The role ensures that manufacturing runs smoothly, meeting delivery dates, quality standards and cost targets while supporting continuous technological improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Full coordination and direction of the manufacturing process, including capacity planning and workforce scheduling.
• Guarantee plant operation to achieve production targets, on‑time order fulfilment, required quality and budget compliance.
• Propose and cooperate in the development of manufacturing technology.
• Maintain continuous collaboration with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics and HR departments.
• Actively participate in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in single‑piece or low‑volume batch production.
• Proven expertise in the manufacturing of welded steel structures.
• Solid knowledge of the metal industry, welding processes and production technology.
• At least an intermediate technical education; a welding technologist qualification or higher technical degree is an advantage.
