Technical Trainee – Technical Services

About the role

This 18‑month Technical Services Trainee programme is designed to build graduate technical expertise within a brewery environment. You will rotate through utilities functions, gain hands‑on experience with equipment, and learn the company’s culture and operating principles.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of utilities theory, principles and brewery equipment operation.
• Participate in utilities‑related projects aligned with programme requirements and brewery priorities.
• Apply VPO (Value, Process, Outcome) principles to daily tasks.
• Diagnose systemic and situational problems, perform troubleshooting and propose solutions.
• Engage with utilities team structures, including acting in identified leadership roles.
• Communicate learnings and solutions across multiple business levels.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc or B‑Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong interest in utilities, energy, fluids and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a hands‑on, self‑study environment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across functions.
