About the role

Bunna Insurance S.C. is seeking a qualified professional to lead one of its Grade I branches in Addis Ababa. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Founded in 2013, Bunna Insurance has grown its paid‑up capital from Birr 6.7 million to over Birr 200 million, serving more than 50,000 customers nationwide through a network of 35 branches. The company offers both general and long‑term insurance products and is committed to delivering reliable services across Ethiopia.

Required profile

8 years of relevant experience (minimum 6 years acceptable)
BA/MA degree in Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
