About the role
The Branch Manager – Level I will lead the operations of an insurance branch in Addis Ababa, ensuring efficient planning, organization, and control of daily activities while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize and control the branch’s operational activities.
- Oversee the implementation of insurance products and services.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- BA or higher degree in Management, Accounting & Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience for BA holders or 6 years for master’s degree holders, including at least 5 (or 3) years in a progressive branch position.
- At least 2 years as Branch Manager Grade II in an insurance company.
- Insurance profession diploma and CII preferred.
- Strong dedication, hard‑working attitude and ability to work well in a team.
