About the role

Fetno Derash is seeking to fill two permanent Branch Manager positions in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The successful candidates will join the organization’s leadership team and be responsible for overseeing branch operations.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with a preference for 5 years.
Prior operational experience in Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) or the commercial banking sector.
Educational background: MBA or MSc in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a BA degree in related fields.
