About the role
Zemen Insurance Share Company (ZISC) is a private non‑life insurance provider that began operations in June 2020. We are seeking a Risk & Compliance Service Officer II to join our Addis Ababa office on a permanent basis. The role will support the company’s risk management and regulatory compliance activities, helping to maintain adherence to the National Bank of Ethiopia’s insurance regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and assessing operational risks within the insurance business.
- Support monitoring of compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to risk assessments and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote risk awareness and compliance culture.
Required profile
- BA/BSc degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry.
- At least 1 year of experience specifically as a Risk & Compliance Service Officer.
