Brewing Operator

About the role

The Brewing Operator is responsible for safe and efficient operation of brewing equipment at Heineken's Kilinto plant. You will ensure compliance with safety, environmental and food‑safety standards while supporting continuous improvement of production performance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety, environmental and HACCP standards, applying 5S and housekeeping practices.
• Identify and act on unsafe conditions, using corrective tools such as TPM, Bowtie analysis and ORR teams.
• Shut down and start up equipment for weekly maintenance in line with Heineken procedures.
• Monitor water and energy usage, propose loss‑reduction solutions and implement environmental best practices.
• Perform quality checks according to Brewing Process Standards (BPS) and report any deviations.
• Ensure timely supply of raw, auxiliary and cleaning materials at the point of use.
• Use digital tools (e.g., Parsable, swipe guides) to record shift handovers, downtime and performance data.
• Participate in TPM, Kaizen, APM and other improvement activities to reduce losses and enhance productivity.
