Brewing Operator

About the role

The Brewing Operator will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production of beer at Heineken’s Kilinto site. You will operate brewing equipment, perform quality and environmental checks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Follow safety, environmental, and food‑safety standards, including 5S, housekeeping and HACCP.
• Support safety improvements using TPM, Bowtie analysis, ORR teams and other corrective measures.
• Safely shut down and start up equipment for weekly maintenance and comply with Heineken and local safety rules.
• Identify water, energy and material losses and suggest corrective actions.
• Perform all quality checks according to Heineken Brewing Process Standards (BPS) and take corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure timely supply of raw materials, auxiliaries and cleaning‑disinfection chemicals.
• Use digital tools (e.g., shift handover list, downtime reports, Swipe guide, Parsable) to record production data.
• Participate in TPM, APM, Kaizen and other improvement activities to reduce performance losses.
• Execute brewing operations on simple machines, manage documentation and report results.

Required profile

• Experience operating brewing equipment in a production environment.
• Strong awareness of safety, environmental and food‑safety standards.
• Ability to perform quality checks and follow standard operating procedures.
• Comfort with digital reporting tools and shift‑hand‑over processes.
• Willingness to participate in continuous‑improvement teams and follow TPM/APM methodologies.
