About the role

Berry Advertising is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge analytical rigor with strategic instinct. You will work closely with creative and account teams, turning consumer behavior and market insights into actionable brand strategies that drive impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market data, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes to generate brand‑relevant insights.
• Develop strategic briefs and positioning frameworks that guide creative teams.
• Collaborate with account and creative leads to translate client objectives into clear, actionable strategies.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance, delivering data‑backed recommendations.
• Conduct audience segmentation and consumer research across Berry’s diverse sector portfolio.
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives for clients and internal teams.
• Support new‑business pitches with research‑backed strategic insights.
• Monitor industry trends across banking, FMCG, beverage, and other key sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or marketing strategy.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand strategy, consumer psychology, and positioning.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to make data meaningful to non‑analysts.
• Strategic mindset: able to ask why and propose next steps.
• Experience working in or alongside a creative, advertising, or branding environment is a strong plus.
