Business Development Manager – Technology & Fintech

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth strategy of our company. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering winning proposals across technology, fintech, digital services, and marketing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in public and private sectors.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies to increase revenue.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Assist the Business Development Manager in meeting sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and solution demos.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring accurate CRM records.
• Monitor tender portals, coordinate tender documentation, and manage submission timelines.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, financial institutions, government agencies, and corporate organizations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams to tailor client solutions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, track KPIs, and report market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Information Systems or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships.
• Proven experience managing tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and proposal development.
• Background in technology, fintech, digital transformation, software, marketing or creative industries.
