About the role
The company is looking for a proactive leader to drive key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in‑store experience. You will build, train and motivate a high‑performing team while integrating business trends and customer feedback into daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with associates, peers and supervisors to foster a high‑performing team.
- Analyze reports and business trends to make strategic decisions that drive results.
- Directly supervise store operations, ensuring high quality standards are met.
- Provide continuous performance feedback to team members at all levels.
Required profile
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail or equivalent management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Required skills

- Analytical decision‑making based on business data.
- Customer‑focused mindset.
