Chief Impact Officer

About the role

The Chief Impact Officer leads Berry Advertising’s effort to turn creativity into measurable business growth and cultural change. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive ensures every campaign, product, and client engagement delivers tangible impact for clients, society, and the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Define success metrics before each campaign and monitor effectiveness throughout execution.
• Translate creative ideas into measurable business outcomes and present impact reports to clients.
• Partner with Creative and Strategy teams to ensure ideas are culturally meaningful, memorable, and effective.
• Develop campaigns that generate earned media, public participation, and organic sharing.
• Identify opportunities in AI, emerging media, and new technologies to keep the agency ahead of industry change.
• Improve internal performance by boosting client retention, satisfaction, creative quality, and profitability.
• Create agency‑wide measurement frameworks, dashboards, and a data‑driven decision culture.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration, break down silos, and align teams around measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in advertising, consulting, marketing, business strategy, or innovation.
