Commission-Based ERP Software Sales Agent

About the role

Gebeta Technology Trading PLC is seeking motivated sales professionals to promote its portfolio of enterprise software solutions across Ethiopia. This commission‑only position offers unlimited earning potential for candidates who can generate and close new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients in various industries for ERP, CRM, HRMS and other software products.
• Qualify leads, schedule demos, and present tailored software solutions to decision‑makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Maintain an active pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Submit regular activity and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience selling ERP or enterprise software.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo ERP or similar ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
