About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated sales professionals to join its Partner Program on a commission‑only basis. As a Sales Growth Business Partner you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies, helping them modernise hiring while earning a share of the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential client organisations within your professional network.
• Present Flowmingo’s AI interview solution, highlighting time‑saving and fairness benefits.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation and adoption process.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to improve product features and partner programs.
• Operate independently, managing your own pipeline and tracking results.
