Creative and Digital Manager

About the role

The Creative and Digital Manager will lead Festive Events’ visual direction and digital presence, ensuring the brand is bold, modern, premium and culturally relevant across all touchpoints. This role combines strong design expertise with digital marketing, branding and content management to position the company as Ethiopia’s leading modern event and experience provider.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen the Festive Events brand identity across all platforms and materials.
• Translate the brand book into daily execution, ensuring consistency in visual and communication assets.
• Lead design and production of social media creatives, presentations, proposals, event branding, pitch decks, digital ads, banners, print materials, motion graphics, reels, website visuals and other digital assets.
• Develop high‑quality visual concepts that are modern, clean, engaging and commercially strong.
• Collaborate with printers, production teams, photographers, videographers and external creatives.
• Create monthly content calendars, devise content strategies to boost visibility, engagement and lead generation.
• Monitor trends, identify high‑performing content opportunities and ensure all platforms reflect the company’s tone and creative direction.

Required profile

• Strong background in graphic design and visual communication.
• Experience in brand management and digital marketing, preferably within event management, experiential marketing, creative agencies or lifestyle/hospitality brands.
• Visually driven, creative, detail‑oriented, bold, trend‑aware, highly organized, proactive, solution‑oriented and commercially aware.
• Passionate about storytelling, branding and immersive experiences.
