Customer Service Intern

About the role

As a Customer Service Intern you will support the sales team in Addis Ababa, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You will perform assigned tasks, develop practical skills, and contribute to a positive work environment during the internship period.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out assigned tasks and activities that support the internship’s purpose.
• Communicate regularly with the manager and internal sponsor.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a constructive and collaborative atmosphere.

• Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
