Digital Growth & Community Lead

About the role

ChipChip is seeking a results‑driven Digital Growth & Community Lead to expand its user base and transaction volume in Ethiopia. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of organic growth campaigns, content planning, and community interaction to drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage organic growth campaigns aimed at increasing platform transactions and new user acquisition.
• Build and maintain a multi‑platform content calendar across all primary social networks to ensure consistent brand visibility.
• Draft detailed creative briefs and coordinate with internal design and video teams to deliver high‑quality assets on schedule.
• Uphold brand guidelines, including tone of voice, visual identity, typography, and messaging across all channels.
• Oversee inbound digital interactions, establishing response frameworks for direct messages and comments to optimise conversion.
• Lead regular customer surveys, analyse feedback and campaign performance, and refine product‑marketing strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing digital growth campaigns or community management for a tech startup, corporate brand, or agency.
• Fluent bilingual copywriting and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using project‑management and reporting tools.
