Digital Growth Specialist

About the role

Bright Techno Tonic PLC is seeking a results‑driven Digital Growth Specialist to accelerate user acquisition, engagement and brand growth across its education technology platforms and upcoming digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, platform registrations and customer acquisition.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximise ROI and campaign performance.
• Create, schedule and publish content on company social media channels and engage with online communities.
• Monitor, analyse and continuously optimise campaign performance, audiences, creatives, placements and bidding strategies.
• Track marketing KPIs, website traffic and social media analytics; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify emerging digital marketing opportunities, platform updates and social media trends.
• Conduct competitor and market research to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, videographers and content creators to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital or growth marketing.
• Demonstrated success managing Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into measurable business growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organisational and project‑management capabilities.
