About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. This remote position focuses on boosting online visibility, crafting engaging content, and assisting key marketing initiatives across Shopify and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO efforts to improve organic traffic and rankings.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and spot emerging trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
