About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. This remote position focuses on boosting online visibility, crafting engaging content, and assisting key marketing initiatives across email, SEO, and website channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing content and newsletters to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify emerging marketing trends.
• Manage and update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor marketing activities and assist in implementing new digital tactics across channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
