About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. This remote position focuses on boosting online visibility, crafting engaging content, and assisting key marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing content and newsletters to drive sales and engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify marketing trends.
• Manage and update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
