About the role

Hiblink Tech is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise online campaigns that drive lead generation and business growth. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on execution, AI‑enhanced content creation and data‑driven optimisation in an on‑site, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns across SEO, social, email, content and paid media.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets, monitor performance and adjust bids to meet KPI targets.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate research, generate and refine content, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics, Search Console and other analytics platforms to produce actionable insights.
• Maintain CRM and marketing automation workflows, ensuring smooth lead nurturing and conversion.
• Continuously test and improve marketing funnels, landing pages and conversion pathways.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional digital marketing experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills, with a focus on brand‑aligned content.
• Comfortable working onsite in Bole, Monday‑Friday, with flexible hours.
