About the role

Yegna Microfinance Institution is seeking a Director of Marketing & Customer Experience to lead its marketing initiatives and enhance the overall customer journey. This senior position will be based at the organization’s headquarters in Addis Ababa.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

5‑7 years of relevant banking or micro‑finance experience.
At least 3 years in a senior or managerial position.
MA/BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or related fields.
