E-Commerce Listings & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Listings & Digital Marketing Specialist to keep our product catalog fresh and engaging across Shopify and other marketplaces while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date and compelling product listings on Shopify and additional marketplaces.
• Write and refine email copy and product descriptions.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation and identify effective messaging.
• Analyse data, track performance and manage product information using Excel.
• Assist in SEO strategy implementation and support digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and traffic.
• Oversee a wide range of product lines and brands, ensuring consistency across all listings.
• Review performance metrics to pinpoint top‑selling items and reorganise listings accordingly.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce, specifically managing product listings on Shopify and other marketplaces.
• Strong Excel proficiency for data analysis and organization.
• Excellent writing ability for crafting and editing product descriptions and email content.
• Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing tactics.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a personal PC/laptop with at least an i5 processor.
