Email Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a resourceful and detail‑driven Email Marketing Assistant to support our remote marketing team. The role combines email campaign coordination, community engagement, and administrative support, ideal for an organized individual who enjoys working behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and schedule email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Organise campaign assets, contact lists and segment updates.
• Track performance metrics and compile clear reports for internal teams.
• Maintain SOPs, campaign checklists and shared resources.
• Analyse return‑portal data to support return trends tracking.
• Respond to community engagement via DMs, ad comments and customer threads.
• Collaborate with account managers on marketing updates and ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
• Research competitive campaigns and industry trends when required.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Comfortable managing shifting priorities with calm and clarity.

Required skills

• Klaviyo or Mailchimp (or similar email marketing platforms).
• Excel or Google Sheets.
• Project‑management tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
