Email Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a resourceful Email Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and analysis of our email campaigns. The role combines email coordination, community engagement, and administrative support in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and schedule email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Organise campaign assets, contact lists, and segment updates.
• Track performance metrics and compile clear reports for internal teams.
• Maintain SOPs, campaign checklists, and shared resources.
• Analyse return portal data and support return trends tracking.
• Respond to community engagement via DMs, ad comments, and customer threads.
• Collaborate with account managers on marketing updates and ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
• Research competitive campaigns and trends when required.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities calmly.
• Clear written communication and effective collaboration across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using email marketing tools such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Familiarity with project‑management platforms like Asana or ClickUp.
