ERP IT Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive ERP IT Assistant to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and provide day‑to‑day ICT assistance for a global manufacturing company specialising in metal packaging. The role will be the primary point of contact for ERP users while also contributing to broader IT infrastructure, help‑desk, and system administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Manage ERP users, roles, permissions and system access.
• Assist with ERP upgrades, testing, implementation and user training.
• Support ERP reporting, data validation and issue resolution.
• Deliver IT help‑desk services for hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and business applications.
• Maintain network connectivity, system administration and overall ICT infrastructure.
• Keep ICT asset inventories up‑to‑date and support information‑security requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–5 years experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, networking fundamentals and hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of SQL databases and ERP business processes.
