ERP Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

The ERP Sales & Marketing Specialist will work on‑site in Addis Ababa to drive customer acquisition and promote DrongoERP’s cloud‑based ERP solutions. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while also creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and engage potential B2B customers across Ethiopia.
• Present DrongoERP solutions, conduct product demonstrations and deliver client training sessions.
• Manage the full sales process, including pipeline management, forecasting and deal closure.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide responsive post‑sale support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve processes.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and prepare regular sales reports.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in software or ERP solutions.
• Experience delivering client onboarding, product demos and user workshops.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Relevant experience in the Ethiopian business market is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software.
• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and customer management.
