Executive Driver (Brewery)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced driver to provide safe, reliable and confidential transportation for the Brewery Manager, guests and family members at our Harar location. The role demands professional conduct, punctuality and meticulous vehicle upkeep in line with Heineken’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver executive transport safely, adhering to traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Plan and execute timely trips to offices, meetings, events, airports and residences, considering route, traffic and weather conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the manager’s schedule, conversations and personal matters.
• Provide courteous passenger service, ensuring a calm environment inside the vehicle.
• Represent the company positively through proper grooming, respectful communication and orderly parking.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (tires, brakes, lights, fluids, tools) and keep the vehicle clean and presentable.
• Report defects, coordinate maintenance and follow scheduled servicing with the General Services team.
• Respond calmly to emergencies such as accidents, breakdowns or medical situations and notify relevant contacts.
• Communicate route risks and vehicle status with supervisors, security and other stakeholders.
• Perform additional transport, administrative and support tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional driving experience.
• Completed at least 10th grade education.
• Valid third‑grade driving licence.
• Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent punctuality, reliability and attention to vehicle readiness.
