Factory Store In-Charge (Ethiopia)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Factory Store In-Charge to lead the daily operations of our factory store in Ethiopia. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating with production and warehouse teams, and ensuring that store processes meet quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all daily activities of the factory store.
• Control stock levels, manage inventory, and oversee replenishment.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to guarantee timely material flow.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
• Ensure the store complies with safety, cleanliness, and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on stock status, discrepancies, and operational metrics.
• Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for efficient inventory management.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate store staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, especially MS Office.
