Finance Analyst – Procurement

About the role

The Finance Analyst – Procurement provides financial support and business partnering to the procurement function, ensuring cost management, spend visibility, budget control, savings tracking and decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed variance analysis between landed costs and standard costs, identifying cost drivers such as supplier price changes, freight, duties, and exchange rates.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into material cost trends and variance drivers.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing activities related to procurement spend.
• Track procurement savings, cost avoidance initiatives and vendor performance, communicating key KPIs.
• Partner with procurement and supply chain teams on sourcing decisions, contract negotiations and financial scenario modeling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, supply chain management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in finance, procurement finance or supply chain finance.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities for variance analysis and cost optimization.
