Flowius Representative for Chincha Area

About the role

3BL is looking for a motivated Flowius Representative to provide on‑site technology support to water service providers, user associations and irrigation schemes in the Chincha area. The role involves training, field operations and regular travel to project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑round training on Flowius Pay and Flowius Manage applications.
• Assist utilities and water user associations with financial and technical management practices.
• Monitor fee collection, expense tracking, maintenance activities and application usage.
• Collect accurate data, generate reports and use the Flowius dashboard.
• Prepare monthly operational and financial reports.
• Coordinate with utility teams, government officials, project partners and 3BL management.
• Support the establishment and operation of a 3BL site office in Chincha.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Good computer literacy and software proficiency.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical equipment issues.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel using public transport to remote areas.
